Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Love Piper believes in 100% customer satisfaction.  If you are unhappy with your order for any reason simply return to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. 

• ALL RETURNS/EXCHANGES REQUIRE AN RA NUMBER.  Please send your request to info@lovepiper.com.
• Merchandise returned must not be worn, washed, wrinkled, damaged or altered in any way.
• Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.
• All tags must be attached and sanitary strip in place - having never been removed or stained.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with the original sales invoice.
• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Returns will NOT be accepted after those 14 days.
• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Once your return/exchange arrives to us, we will inspect the item(s) condition.  Any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements, will not be accepted and returned to you immediately. 

You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.

We recommend that you return your item with delivery confirmation or a tracking number.  

Love Piper is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
